Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Industrial Tribunal, SAS Nagar (Mohali) (for short - the Tribunal) by way of an application to the effect that the petitioner has wrongly been summoned as the petitioner has no concern with the dispute raised by respondent no. 1 - workman and that his lis lies with M/s PML Industries Ltd. and not the petitioner.

Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. It is further directed that in case the petitioner files any application, as above, the Tribunal shall take a final decision thereupon within four months from the date of receipt of such application, in accordance with law.
