(ORAL) Report submitted on behalf of the State with supporting documents duly forwarded by the Station House Officer, Police Station City Kapurthala and in light of the contentions of the counsel for the petitioner which could not be controverted on behalf of the State that marriage of Veer Kaur D/o Subeg Singh (real sister of the petitioner), resident of Village Boot is to be solemnized on 13th and 14th December, 2016. The State has taken the stand that there is no likelihood of the petitioners' absconding and the factum of marriage and the antecedents of the petitioner are duly verified by the State as well as supported by the respectable persons of the village regarding which the statements and marriage invitation card have been placed on the record.

Keeping in view that the marriage of the real sister of the petitioner is to be solemnized and being a real brother his presence at the time of solemnizing marriage is very much essential as per the prevalent customs and rituals of the society. In light of the same the petitioner is ordered to be released on interim bail for one week with effect from today SUNIL DEVI 2016.12.14 12:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-44243-2016 -2i.e. 13.12.2016 to 19.12.2016 subject to furnishing of personal bonds for an amount of `1.00 lacs with two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Kapurthala and the petitioner shall surrender before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jalandhar at Kapurthala on 20.12.2016 at 10.00 a.m.
