This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide rapat no. 19 dated 22.01.2017 under sections 326/324/34 IPC in case FIR No. 5 dated 18.01.2017 under sections 452/3205/323/34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Tarn Taran, district Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 16, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated November 16, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
