Present petition has been filed under Section 438 CR.P.C seeking anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.72 dated 11.06.2021 registered under Section 15 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Khuian Sarwar, District Fazilka.

Vide order dated 09.07.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pargat Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 09.07.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.
