This petition has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking grant of regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.06 dated 06.02.2023, registered under Section 13(1)(b) read with Section 13(2) of the P.C. Act, 2018 at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Phase-1, Mohali.

The only allegations against the petitioner is that he purchased the plot from Gurminder Singh Gill for a sale consideration of Rs.60 lakhs and further sold the same to the Harpreet Singh son of Sh. Sadhu Singh Dharamsot for a MOHMED ATIK 2023.05.18 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-22959-2023 (O&M) consideration of Rs.25 lakhs.

Vide order dated 11.05.2023, this petition was ordered to be heard along with CRM-M No.15025 of 2023 titled 'Sadhu Singh Dharamsot vs. State of Punjab'.

For the detailed reasons recorded in the aforesaid CRM-M No.15025 of 2023 (O&M) vide order of even date, this petition is also allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail, subject to his furnishing adequate bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/concerned Duty Magistrate.
