NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) The matter pertains to the year 2018.

Perusal of the order sheets shows that for the last two dates of hearing i.e. 28.02.2023 and 13.07.2023, the petitioners had gone unrepresented. Today also, for the 3rd time, the petitioners have gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
