***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Muktsar, District Sri Muktsar Sahib to look into the matter and to get the alleged threat perception of the petitioner, as spelt out in representation dated 19.3.2019 (Annexure P-3), examined. In case, the allegations levelled therein are found to be well founded, then necessary steps as warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest.
