  fact that the offence for which the accused have been arrayed is not of a heinous nature coupled with the satisfaction shown by the Court and that the compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.72 dated 08.07.2009 registered at Police Station Banur, District Patiala under Sections 323/324/149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
