Learned State counsel has advance notice of the petition and submitted that 10 out of 14 prosecution witnesses have already been examined. He has also placed on record a copy of custody certificate of the petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with direction to learned trial Court to expedite the trial since the petitioner is in custody for a period of about 02 years. Permitted to do so.

Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial.
