(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 59 dated 7.3.2019 under Sections 120-B, 148, 149, 323, 341, 506, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 325 and 307 IPC were added later on), registered at Police Station Sector-17, Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 19.7.2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Mahipal, P.S. Sector-17, Faridabad, has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for further investigation.
