Learned counsel for the petitioner has made a statement today through Video Conferencing that Sukhpreet Kaur, wife of the petitioner, has already been released from Children Home, Gandhi Vaneeta Ashram, Jalandhar, and he has further made statement that this petition has become infructuous. The fact regarding release of Sukhpreet Kaur from the aforesaid Children Home has also been admitted by the learned State Counsel. Accordingly, this petition is hereby dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
