Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR no.165 dated 18.7.2015 under Section 306 IPC, PS Machhiwara,Police Distt. Khanna,Distt.Ludhiana.

As per allegations Gurpreet Singh (since deceased)father of the complainant Amrinder Singh had extended a friendly loan of Rs.5 lacs after mortgaging his agriculture land to the petitioner-accused for purchase of a truck about five years back. Since petitioner was refusing to return the money, due to harassment and tension, Gurpreet Singh shot himself dead.
