(Oral) The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined proceedings before the trial Court in compliance of order dated 30.5.2022 and consequently the presence of the petitioner was marked in the Court below vide order dated 4.7.2022 and the copy of the said order, which is furnished by the counsel for the petitioner is taken on record. The State counsel on instructions from ASI Dinesh Kumar has admitted the fact that the petitioner has joined proceedings before the trial Court, in compliance of order of interim bail passed by this Court.
