The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondent to decide his representation dated 12.04.2024 (Annexure P-1). 2.
The mother of the petitioner was working with respondent as Senior Head Messenger. She passed away on 08.11.2023 in harness. Father of the petitioner passed away earlier in 1999. He claims that he is entitled to appointment on compassionate ground.

Mr.Sahil Goel, Advocate submits that grievance of the petitioner, at this stage, would be redressed, if respondent is directed to decide his representation in a time bound manner.
