SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS praying for ad-interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.89 dated 17.10.2024 under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional Act, registered at Police Station, Sri Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. Prayer is accepted.
