**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 142 dated 25.8.2017, registered under Sections 306 IPC, Police Station Patti, District Tarn Taran. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 27.2.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Petitioner is the brother of the husband and the husband is on regular bail.
