Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 74 dated 17.08.2017 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Banur, District Patiala. 2.

According to the prosecution, on 16.08.2017, Bhupinder Singh, husband of complainant-Rajinder Kaur, committed suicide leaving behind suicide note mentioning the name of the petitioner as a responsible person for his suicide.

It is gathered from the facts of the case that the deceased was renting the shuttering material and the petitioner had borrowed the same from him on rent, but did not returned the same to the deceased forcing him to commit suicide.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail.

Dismissed.
