(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No. 317 dated 23.08.2018, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC at Police Station Dadri City, District Charkhi Dadri. On instructions from ASI Surender, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 02.11.2018, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
