**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 118 dated 30.3.2016 registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat under Sections 148, 149, 324, 341, 354, 395, 188, 427, 435 IPC and Section 8B of National High Way Act.

Counsel for the petitioner states that the DNA sample of the petitioner had been taken which did not match the semen found on the clothes and Section 376-D and 365 have been deleted. The police had given a long list of witnesses. The trial will take time.
