This is a petition under Section 438 CrPC for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.195 dated 05.06.2021 registered under Sections 420, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sirsa Sadar, District Sirsa.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that pursuant to the orders dated 09.07.2021 and 27.10.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioner has since joined the investigation and has fully co-operated with the investigation.

CRM-M-26122-2021 (O&M) -2In view of the above, the order dated 09.07.2021, is made absolute. The petitioner shall, however, join investigation as and when called.
