The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct fair, impartial and proper investigation in the written complaint/representation dated 05.04.2023 on account of the illegal acts done by respondents No.3 to 11 with a request to take an appropriate action against them. 2.

After arguing at length on the merits of the case and when the Court was not inclined to issue any direction, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition 3.
