ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.96 dated 16.03.2017 registered under Section 306 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Shivaji Colony, Rohtak, District Rohtak. Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 16.11.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Vinod Kumar, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioners are not required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 16.11.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
