Learned counsel for the petitioners without pressing the relief claimed in this petition on merits, has confined his submission only for direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar Mohali to look into the representation (Annexure P/1) during investigation of the case bearing FIR No.207 dated 04.08.2018 registered at Police Station Dera Bassi, District SAS Nagar Mohali.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar Mohali to look into the representation Annexure P-1 made by Manjit Rana, brother of petitioner No.1 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
