(Oral) A perusal of the status report dated 28.04.2016 indicates that cancellation report stands prepared but not yet filed by the State of Punjab. In view thereof, the State of Punjab is directed to present the said cancellation report before the concerned Court within 15 days from today. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage. Permission is granted. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.

Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to seek recall of this order on showing sufficient cause.
