******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition submitting that the petitioner has since been declared proclaimed offender and he will surrender before the trial Court within two weeks. He requests that trial Court may be directed to dispose of his bail application at the earliest.
In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to petitioner to surrender before the trial Court. On his surrender, the trial Court will decide bail application, if any, filed by him, expeditiously. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid.
