(ORAL) Challenge is to the order dated 22.02.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mansa whereby application filed by the respondent under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for maintenance has been allowed and the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.2,000/- p.m. as maintenance to the respondent.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to interfere; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
