Learned counsel for petitioner states that present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to hold a fair and independent enquiry on the complaint of petitioner which was marked to respondent No.3 against the private respondent has rendered infructuous as the FIR has already been registered.
