(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for transfer of investigation in case FIR No.603 dated 08.12.2016 registered under Sections 302/34 IPC at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh, to some independent agency like CBI etc. Learned State counsel contends that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of filing the cancellation report in aforesaid FIR on 01.10.2018 and petitioner has also appeared in the concerned Court.
