In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to take necessary legal action against the private respondents and decide the representations dated 12.09.2017 and 19.04.2017 (Annexures P-1 and P-3, respectively) moved by the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very outset contends that the purpose of the instant petition would be achieved, if respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, UT Chandigarh, is directed to decide representations dated 12.09.2017 and 19.04.2017 (Annexures P-1 and P-3, respectively), moved by the petitioners. 3.

In view of the above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, UT Chandigarh, is directed to look into the matter and decide the representations Annexure P-1 and P-3, moved by the petitioners, in accordance with law, by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to them, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
