CRM-M-43522-2014 The instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No. 97 dated 08.04.2014 registered under Section 307/323/148/149/ of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Dharamkot, District Moga.

CRM-M-43522-2014 (O&M) -2On instructions from ASI Manjinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that the complainant-injured has since been examined by the trial Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner also suffered four injuries on his person, out of which two were found grievous in nature which are otherwise on the non-vital parts. The petitioner is in custody since 22.05.2014.
Keeping in view the fact that injured-complainant had already been examined by the trial Court and without expressing any opinion on the merits of case, the instant petition is allowed and petitioner-Gurbachan Singh be admitted to bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
