(Oral) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Narain Gaur of Police Station, Navi Baradari, District Jalandhar, submits that the petitioner was declared as a proclaimed offender on 14.11.2014 and, as such, he is not entitled to the concession of anticipatory bail at this stage.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
