**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) This is the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in FIR No. 273 dated 23.7.2016 registered at Police Station Sector 34, Chandigarh (U.T.), under Sections 376(2), 506 IPC and Section 4 and 6 of the POCSO Act.

The complainant side have appeared and filed their reply supporting the petitioner.

An FIR had been lodged and allegations of rape had been levelled against the victim's uncle (phupha). Subsequently, the girl changed her statement and levelled allegations against the employer in whose house she was working as a maid. The police had got the DNA test carried out as the victim had conceived and had given birth to a child. The report of the DNA has been received.
