On 31.05.2024 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that the petitioner only seeks some reasonable time to vacate the premises.

Notice of motion only to the limited extent, returnable 17.07.2024. Dasti only.

Till the next date of hearing the dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

To be shown in the urgent list.

To be heard alongwith CR-3347-2024."

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitioner shall vacate the premises, which is a shop where he is running his business, on or before 28.02.2025 and w.e.f. 01.09.2024 the petitioner shall pay the rent at the agreed rate i.e. Rs.4,000/- per month by the 7th of every month Yogesh Sharma 2024.08.23 09:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

CR-3376-2024 (O&M) -2and in case there is any default in payment of the monthly rent, the respondent would be at liberty to file an execution petition for getting the vacant possession of the premises.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner shall hand over the vacant possession of the premises on or before 28.02.2025 and w.e.f. 01.09.2024, he shall pay the rent at the agreed rate i.e. Rs.4,000/- per month by the 7th of every month and in case there is any default in the payment of rent, the respondent would be at liberty to file an execution petition for getting the possession of the premises. An undertaking to this effect shall be furnished by the petitioner before the concerned Rent Controller and in case the needful is not done within a period of 15 days from today, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
