(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case, FIR No.153 dated 10.07.2018, registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1860, Police Station Division No.6, Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar (P-1).

Mr. Kehar Singh Hissowal, Advocate has appeared and filed vakalatnama on behalf of complainant, though he has not been impleaded as party. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.
