On 29.05.2024 the following order was passed : "Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, states that the petitioner only seeks some reasonable time to vacate the premises.
Notice of motion only to the limited extent, returnable 17.07.2024. Dasti only.
Till the next date of hearing the dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed.
To be shown in the urgent list."

Today both the parties are present in Court. It has mutually been agreed between them that the petitioner shall vacate the premises, which is a shop where he is running his business, on or before 28.02.2025. It has further been agreed that the petitioner shall clear all arrears towards rent which is stated to be Rs.1,04,000/- till July 2024 within a period of three months from today. Additionally, the rent for the month of August 2024 Yogesh Sharma 2024.08.23 09:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

CR-3347-2024 (O&M) -2would be deposited on or before 31.08.2024. It is further agreed that w.e.f. 01.09.2024 the petitioner shall pay the rent at the agreed rate i.e. Rs.4,000/- per month by the 7th of every month and in case there is any default in payment of the arrears of rent or the monthly rent, the respondent would be at liberty to file an execution petition for getting the vacant possession of the premises. The statements of both the parties have been separately recorded today.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is disposed off with a direction that the petitioner shall hand over the vacant possession of the premises on or before 28.02.2025. The petitioner shall clear all arrears towards rent which is stated to be Rs.1,04,000/- till July 2024 within a period of three months from today. Additionally, the rent for the month of August 2024 shall be deposited by the petitioner on or before 31.08.2024 and w.e.f. 01.09.2024 the petitioner shall pay the rent at the agreed rate i.e. Rs.4,000/- per month by the 7th of every month and in case there is any default in payment of arrears of rent or the rent, the respondent would be at liberty to file an execution petition for getting the possession of the premises.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
