Mr. Rajesh Duhan, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** SUKHVINDER KAUR, J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 by the petitioner for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to provide protection to the petitioner and his family members, alleging to be continuous threats to their lives from respondent Nos.4 to 13 who are accused in FIR No.0122 dated 21.03.2024 under Sections 323, 34, 365, 452 of IPC, Police Station Taraori, District Karnal. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court Mr. Ram Kumar Singla, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. He has submitted that challan in the aforesaid FIR has already been presented before the learned trial Court and trial is going on and respondent Nos.4 to 13 are already facing trial before the learned trial Court from whom the alleged threat has been alleged. So, the petitioner can avail his remedy before the learned trial Court by moving the appropriate application. Disposed of accordingly.
