SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (Oral) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.4 and 5 and not to harass them on any false criminal complaint. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case direction be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 07.04.2025 (Annexure P-6) within a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Mr. Jaspal Singh Guru, AAG Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and assures the Court that necessary action will be taken on the representation dated 07.04.2025 (Annexure P-6) after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner(s), by tomorrow i.e. 10.04.2025.
