(ORAL) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Darshan Singh submits that the instant petition is not maintainable and is liable to be dismissed in view of the fact that the petitioner and his co-accused Jasvir Kaur and Manjit Singh s/o Paramjit Singh have been declared proclaimed offender vide order dated 07.08.2018 of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barnala.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed being not maintainable and for want of prosecution.
