Seeking issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 04.04.2024 passed by respondent No.3 whereby parole has been declined, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter can be disposed of because now fresh instructions have been issued and the case of the petitioner has to be decided under such instructions.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the case of the petitioner under fresh instructions issued vide Circular No.15/2024 dated 20.07.2024. It is clarified that while deciding the case of the petitioner, the authorities will not be influenced by previous order of rejection. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
