The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the FIR No.0313 dated 21.05.2022 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Sirsa, District Sirsa (Annexure P-8) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel submits that a cancellation report has already been prepared in the present case on 17.07.2024 and the same shall be presented before the Competent Court of Law within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed.
