Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The earlier bail application filed by accused-petitioner bearing CRM-M 37899/2014 on similar grounds was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 1.10.2015. Since then there is no change of circumstances warranting grant of relief prayed for in this second petition.
