Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 & 3 to carry on effective investigation in case FIR No. 91 dated 18.7.2017 as nobody has been arrested so far. The petitioner has made representations to the police including Annexure P2 but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, District Panipat, is directed to look into the representation dated 18.10.2017 (Annexure P2) and take required action, if any, as per law. With the aforesaid observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
