Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to release respondent No. 5-Sajida and her minor daughter from Nari Niketan and to permit her to join the company of her husband-petitioner.

Heard.

Today, respondent No. 5-Sajida is present in person and has stated that she has performed marriage with the petitioner of her own free will and out of the said wedlock, she has been blessed with a daughter on 14.11.2014. Crl. Misc. No. M-43558 of 2014 -2 - No. 5 has further stated that she wants to live with her husband along with their child.

Accordingly, respondent No. 5-Sajida is permitted to accompany her husband-petitioner from the Court premises itself.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
