(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner refers to reply to the legal notice dated 17.05.2022 wherein respondent No.5 has admitted the claim of the petitioner to the tune of Rs.8,56,117/- which was statedly and voluntarily credited by the petitioner in the account of the department.

As per the aforesaid reply, the respondent No.5 has no objection in case the aforesaid amount is claimed by the petitioner for which letter of approval for repayment has already been made to APCCF and Nodal Officer on 06.09.2021. Learned counsel submits that this petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.5 to expedite the issue of repayment of the aforesaid amount to the petitioner.
