This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 387 dated 13.06.2017 under sections 135/125 of Electricity Act at Police Station Anti Power Theft, Bathinda. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 30, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 30, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
