HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of interim anticipatory bail in cross case dated 10.3.2020 under Sections 148,149,323,324,326,506 IPC registered in case FIR No.53 dated 08.03.2020 under Sections 148,149,323,324,308,506 IPC at P.S Chhachhrauli, District Yamuna Nagar. Vide order dated 05.08.2020, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required. In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 05.08.2020 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
