NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that, in fact, Vikramjit Singh, son of the informant/respondent No. 2, Sukhdev Singh, is the aggrieved person, who is not a party to this lis.
In view of above, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to enable the petitioners to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the above prayer.
