(Oral) As the petitioners have already caused appearance before the Court below in a complaint case and are ready to face the proceedings, in accordance with law, interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 13.12.2016 is made absolute subject to the following conditions:- (i) They shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer; and (ii) They shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
