Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.72 dated 19.06.2015, registered under Section 376 IPC and Section 66E and 67A of Information Technology Act, 2000 at Police Station City Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 22.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the court below and was granted bail. Copy of the order passed by the court below has been placed on record.
