(Oral) After arguing for some time when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, a prayer was made for withdrawal of the instant petition. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would appear and surrender before the trial court. Allowed as prayed for. Dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the trial court within one week from today, the learned court shall decide his application for bail expeditiously.
